Content measurement and distribution
A content performance dashboard in Looker Studio, showing each page's clicks against the 90 days before. Plus newsletter and LinkedIn drafts made from what you've already published.
Most analytics setups answer "how's the site doing?" For content that's the wrong question. You want to know which page lost clicks this quarter, which cluster leads to signups, and whose pieces hold up. We set up GA4 content groups and a Looker Studio content dashboard that answer those, and hand it over with a short video on how to read it. Distribution is the other half of this page: getting what's published in front of the people who already follow you.
The decay view
Each page's clicks in the last 90 days, next to the 90 before, sorted by what was lost. It's the first screen of the dashboard.
| Page | Last 90 days | Previous 90 | Change | Flag |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| /blog/quarterly-tax-dates/ | 310 | 1,020 | −70% | Seasonal? Check before touching |
| /guides/payroll-for-contractors/ | 1,240 | 1,910 | −35% | Refresh candidate |
| /blog/1099-vs-w2/ | 860 | 905 | −5% | Watch |
| /compare/payroll-software-vs-spreadsheets/ | 420 | 210 | +100% | Growing |
Sample, no client data. A made-up payroll software company.
Seasonal pages drop every year and come back. The dashboard flags them so nobody refreshes a page that's simply out of season.

Questions people ask
Is the dashboard a one-off cost, and what's in it?
$950 for the setup: GA4 content groups, Search Console linked, the Looker Studio dashboard with the decay view, up to four conversion events and a handover video. It's included on Cadence 8 and 14. Distribution is separate, at $900 a month.
How long from kickoff to a working dashboard?
7 business days after we have GA4 admin and Search Console access.
Who owns the dashboard once it's delivered?
Hiring an analyst, or moving to another agency? Share the Looker Studio report with them the way you'd share any Google file. When our work ends we remove ourselves as users, and the handover video stays with you, so the next person knows how to read it.
The dashboard shows a page slipping. Who fixes it?
Not the dashboard. Deciding what to do about the page is the Content Decay Audit, and doing it is Content refresh. Expert interviews worth sending to your list are Expert-led articles. Ad tracking isn't something we do.
Which accounts do we need to open up for you?
Admin access to GA4, access to Search Console, and up to four actions you count as a conversion. Not sure which? We'll suggest some.
Want to see which pages are slipping?
The setup is on the desk at $950. Or book the review and ask whether a plan that includes it makes more sense.
