Why a desk
Most sites with a content problem don't have a writing problem. They have a schedule problem and a maintenance problem. Posts go out when someone has a spare afternoon, nobody owns the old ones, and a few years on there are two hundred URLs and no one can say which of them matter.
Newsrooms sorted this out a long time ago. An editor, a calendar, and a rule that published work gets corrected when it's wrong. We borrowed the arrangement and pointed it at search.
What we do
- Plan: topic maps and calendars, and the link structure that holds them together.
- Publish: articles, expert-led pieces, local pages and store copy.
- Maintain: audits, refreshes, merges, and retiring what's had its day.
- Measure: a dashboard per page, and drafts for your newsletter and LinkedIn.
What we don't do
We don't run ads, build links, manage Google Business Profiles or handle reviews. Site speed and migrations aren't ours either. Other specialists do those well, and doing them halfway next to content would make us worse at both.
On AI
AI tools may help with research and outlines. Every piece is written or rewritten, edited and fact-checked by a person. We don't mass-generate pages.

The company
Maxqiro LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. We work remotely, in writing first, with clients in the US and in English-speaking markets elsewhere. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET.
30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA is our registered agent's address. It's where our mail goes. We don't receive visitors there.
